Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Since many of our products are handmade or curated, slight delays may occur during high demand periods.

Shipping Time

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Other locations: 4–8 business days

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1499

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Delays
Artwists is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances — but we’ll always try to help.

 

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted ONLY if:

• Product arrives damaged

• Wrong product is delivered

Return Window:
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

How to Request a Return:

• Email/DM with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video 

 No unboxing video = no return claim
